Was looking for some more info on it and found this website with other locations (if anyone's interested): https://ihatchchile.com/in/north-carolina/

I've never had roasted Hatch Chiles, what's your favorite use for them?

Green Chile roast pork. I swear my husband would have DESERVEDLY dumped me years ago if I stopped making this for him.

Add to any beef or chicken soup. Life changing.

Fish or shrimp? Cream sauce or salsa.

Warning; once you try then, you're probably get hooked.

(PS if you happen to get some that are too hot for your final dish, add white sugar. )

I don't know if they are doing it on site, but I saw a sign at Wegman's saying they would have Hatch Chiles starting Friday (Aug 26).

If I can get over there on Saturday and get some, I may hit you up for the recipe!

How much do you usually buy? I assume they store well in the freezer?
