Thank you guys for all of your suggestions. It's a big decision to move across the country, switch your kid to a new school and look for the right place to live.

Problem here is demand and low inventory housing to meet that so can’t think of a place that is affordable as it’s all premium…search the schools which is albatross since the late 90s…people told me not to move to Apex since it was too new…relative and subjective to your kids needs…now if any of your precious ones are=special ed or need help…he’ll no to this area or NC in general
