Okay, I just went on Wake Co. web site & noticed that there are make up days for missing school today.

This would be the first time I've seen Wake do a Saturday make-up day (but we haven't had many too make up in the past three years) but I know they seem common for other districts.
Due to some issues (not weather), a high school in Granville county had something like 3 or 4 Saturday Make up days in a row.

year round schools have always had make up days on saturdays.....it's because they can't mave make-up days durring other teacher work days because the teacher work days are often different for the different tracks...so staturday is the only option
