You have to download a complaint form, fill it out and looks like you have to mail or fax it in.
CNN.com has an interesting article on gas prices which you can read here. Annalist are predicting a base line of about $4.50 per gallon with some areas going up to $6. They do feel however, that this will not have a lasting effect on prices.
I don't know what local dealers are paying for their gas, but if it is indeed the nearly $5 wholesale price it might be awhile for them to go through it and then hopefully prices will go down again.
Report the price gouging...Mike Easley enacted the State Attorney Roy Cooper to allow for prosecution.
