I like Standard Pacific, as a builder. They do quite a few extras like arched doorways.

I think their product in the Brier Creek area is a bit overpriced.

They slowed building down for a little while but it appears to be picking up now.

In our experience so far: Their customer service in Brighleaf at the Park has been outstanding (3.5 miles from Brier Creek). They are always available, respectful, and thorough

Are you talking about Lennox? I have considered that for myself actually and still am. I like the 3 story unit with the 2 car garage.

I took clients out to Lennox and we loved the architecture but they got so much more by buying in Heritage.

I'm not a big fan of Brier Creek, in general. It is just a shopping area to me and I'm not impressed with Toll Brothers but then again...it is MY opinion!

Lennox is Standard Pacific though right not Toll Brothers. I am looking at Heritage also. I just need to have time to look and make a decision.

Yes, SP is building Lennox.

I was saying that Toll Brothers built the expensive homes in Brier Creek but that I'm not that impressed with Toll Brothers. I do like SP but I think because they are building the Lennox in BC, they have priced accordingly. I think they are overpriced, as well.

Sorry Debbie...I changed subjects!!!

Hubby says I drive that way too...don't follow too closely as I may change my mind AND my lane!!!

Thanks for all the replies. Glad to hear about the good customer experience. We liked the townhomes but want to wait and see the 1 story homes section.
