More Vonage help please.. having some issues (Speed: appointed, transfer)

We got it all installed and it was fine.. until last night. I know the weather wasnt good but my phone wouuld drop calls and just not work well at all. Today its still doing that. I am disappointed.
you need to isolate whether it is your internet issue or vonage
issue. i heard from my friends as well vonage has some issues
with 919 area code. sometimes when internet goes down and
comes back up you need to reboot voip router.
I'm using time warner cable with sunrocket voip, no issues in
last 4 months.
Probably more of an issue with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) than Vonage or your PC. When it acts up again, test your connection speed. The faster the better.

I've never had a problem with Vonage in 27 months of use, but my connection speed is pretty stable.

Download Speed: 7580 kbps (947.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 489 kbps (61.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
so TW said they are showing a low speed or something going on .. they are sending a tech out tomorrow. SO its not Vonage.. its more than likely TW. Ok whew.. glad its not Vonage or i would have to explain my mess up to hubby LOL
