Hi All - Can anyone recommend an attorney to handle the purchase of a new townhouse in Morrisville?

TIA

If you are buying a brand new townhouse, doublecheck to see if your incentives were tied in to using the builder's attorney, as this is usually the case.

Miller and Shedor
Pete Shedor

North Academy Street in Cary
In the Cooper Building across from Cary Town Hall campus.

919-462-1640

Oh, and I agree with Vicki.
Confirm that you aren't tied to the builder's attorney to qualify for any incentives.

Anyone can handle the transaction. Are you in the Wake Co. or Durham Co. part of Morrisville?

I have a billion lawyer recommendations and know all of their fees for closings, so let me know if you need more names!

well as a realtor you should know that realtors in this area are a dime a dozen, especially when it comes to real estate and right now everyone is willing to argue out someone else's price 5 or 10 bucks just to get a closing... just saying- there's a lot and i happen to know what seems like a BILLION of them

I have heard THAT; however, I'm worth more than a dime so if you can't afford me, please move on!!!

I would like to know how $5 or $10 can get me a closing, though!

Ok...I'm going to try to be nicer...NOW.. Thank you for making me laugh!

Vicki

Nope, not required to use a specific atty.
Thanks for the name!

If anyone has any others, please post. I'd like to be able to touch base with a couple before I decide on one.

TIA

Dave
