My son attends a very good Wake public middle school. He is doing well compared to elementary. He tested into AG at the end of 5th grade and was able to attend advanced classes in Middle. I have noticed that being surrounded by other motivated students, helps him to stay motivated, as well. He has high aspirations to attend UNC and other highly regarded colleges.
