It indeed be a glorious and grand afternoon in the triangle!
My neighbors are grilling some fine ethnic foods that smell simply HEAVENLY!
The children are oblivious to the sweltering heat as they dance gaily in the sprinkler.
The charcoal is steamy hot and the sultry meat is covered in luscious cream sauce.
Mike Malloy has just come on satellite radio as we anxiously await our daily dose of inspiration.
YES...life is great in the country..where good people respect each other and are able to sit down to a rousing game of euchre....watching the children dance like fairies against the shimmering lake..

You would know because people here have not left their blue signs in the ground since November, although this area probably had very few to begin with. You would also know if you stopped to ask someone to repeat something from the constitution, which of course people from this area actually could. I guess making a comment that the thread is off topic is off topic in itself. I thought I could bring it back to a civil conversation that would end the childish repsonses that I have read. I was wrong. This is why I hesitate to enter these things. I have taken the proper approach now, by notifying the moderator of all the personal off topic attacks.
Good, because the moderators can tell when people start using sock puppet accounts from the same location.
Why is this thread still open and why are all the nasty posts still here? I contacted the moderator about the childish behavior here and nothing has been done. Why is this allowed? The mean spirited posts do not speak well of the authors and the area in general. Is this the type of attitude of NC or is this just a case of a bunch of teenagers with nothing better to do?
The great weather continues. The only flaw in the whole thing is my poor fescue. But hey, I'm not a grass hugger.
