Here's my simple advice...
If you want a walkable environment, get out and walk.
If you want a vibrant downtown, go there and participate.
Be the person who makes it happen!

I just wanted to note that my previous post on page 4 at the bottom with links to forbes/kiplinger's websites was in reply to an apparent troll post that has apparently been deleted by a moderator/admin.

I don't want it to seem like I'm attacking someone else. Just an fyi.
