Very familiar, drive on it almost every day........there are many subdivisions, what exactly are you looking for?

Waterfall - upper 300's to 700's
Chauncey - upper 200's to 375ish
thompson mill - upper 200's to 400's
galloway upper 500's

Let me know more about what you are looking for and that will help

There was actually a foreclosure listed on that street and I was just wondering if it was in a neighborhood and if it was a good area... have 6 kids, need good schools room to run!

oh and my price range is around 300 to 350...try to swing more on a foreclosure... if it would have instant equity!

There are forclosures all over the place right now....economic level doesnt' mean a darn thing.
