both... but again, flooding was more of a concern in the lower lying commercial areas and not so much in residential areas. But MANY homes had damage from falling trees. We had a skylight blow out too. Hurricane floyd is the one that caused widespread flooding in all types of buildings.... but that was a little east of here in Johnston, Nash and Wilson Counties
