I'm going to pick up Halloween candy today and was wondering who has the best deal going on? Thanks!

I was wondering that myself. I looked at the selection in HT yesterday and was surprised to see a bag of Nestle miniatures cost almost $12 - and that was on VIC special! Other kinds of candy were $8.99/bag. Guess sugar prices are still way up there. Big Lots has pretty cheap candy, but I can't vouch for the freshness.

Let me clarify. It doesn't have to be Halloween candy, just candy in general. Like Snickers/Butterfinger paired with a cheaper candy.

Walgreens had all of their Halloween stuff marked down 50% yesterday although I only passed by so not sure if it included candy too.

Just go out around 4PM tomorrow and hit up all the houses in the neighborhood. That way you will get enough candy to hand out to all the kids that come to your door, LOL

Default Try Kroger

Kroger has Nestle and Mars/M&Ms bags at $1.88 today only. Not bad if you have a coupon to use as well.

Or turn off all the lights and hide in the basement.

Or put a big banner with "H1N1" on the front door.

HT is never a good deal on anything. It is by far the most expensive grocery store I've seen in the area.
