I would like to move from NY and have been doing some online research and I am really interested in visiting the Raleigh- Durham area. I have school age children 8 and 12 and am looking for an area with good school districts and affordable. I would like to rent a home until I get situated. Also close to a college so I can pursue a degree in Social Work. If anyone can suggest some nice neighborhoods that I can visit I would appreciate it greatly.

Reason: mis spelled word
You'll be even more ready when you learn the correct spelling
Haha... I came here to post the same thing.
On a more serious note though, I agree about Cameron Village. There's a ton of shopping, you're close to downtown, and centrally located to everything. NCSU is just down the road so classes would just be a short hike away.

It was a typo b/c it's spelled correctly in the post.
I would like to rent a 3 bedroom home in a nice development for under $1,100 a month. Being close to shopping centers and highways would be ideal. I also work in the Social Services field so if you know of any nonprofit organizations that I could look into that would helpful. Thanks for not making fun of my typo!
