We drove through Windcrest right off 55 in Holly Springs this evening, and were astounded by the number of homes for sale and for rent.

This seems like a relatively new and decent subdivision. I noticed there were plenty of people out / hanging out.

We stopped counting at a dozen homes for sale or rent in a 4-block radius. Think these folks are trying to cash out, or is there something at work here?
