We are downsizing and are interested in townhouses in or around the 27518 area (lochmere/crossroads). We need a garage and need to stay under $300,000. Any suggestions?

Lochmere is in zip 27518.
27519 is the area near High House/Davis Dr, Carpenter Village and points west of Rt 55 (Amberly, Highcroft etc).

In that particular zip code, you aren't going to find much.

I'd do a search for AREAS instead of zip. I find a few...n'hoods such as Preston, Crescent Ridge, Sunset Ridge with that zip but using area instead, I find more such as Cary Park, Downing Village, Madison Place, Stone Creek Village, to name a few.

It will all depend on what you are looking for EXACTLY, which will make searching easier. There is always so much inventory in our area that you can usually find what you want unless your expectations are out of line and that you will find out rather quickly!
