Lowes also rents trucks to move stuff for like 20 bucks for the first hour, maybe that would work?

Hi wheelsup,
I am interested in composted soil. I live in cary. Can you please tell me where the city composting area is and what I have to carry along with my truck and garbage bags to get the soil? Thanks!
