Looking at properties here. Anyone familiar with this subdivision? Quiet area/rural? Far from amenities like shopping, pharmacies, hospital (little Duke)?

Is this the one in the same subdivision as the golf course by the same name? If so, I frequent the subdivision for work and think it's a nice neighborhood. Racially diverse, which I like. Yards seem to be taken care of, not too many cars on the street (which is my big beef with another neighborhood near here but also can't remember the name of that one.... on the right side of Rock Quarry- all those cars in the road make the area look trashy even though the houses are pretty cute). I'd say quiet but not rural. There is a Food Lion, McD's, Subway, nail place, Family Dollar and a few other things right there, but any major shopping would be a little farther away.

It is south of me and in my zip. I live near 64. But only a 10 mins drive. So this means you are 10 mins from all the shops in Knightdale including Rex and Duke med facilities. And close to i-40, 540, 64 bypass, and not far from Garner which is maybe 10 mins south of it?. It's a highly rated golf course and the homes look nice.

I don't know anyone who lives there and have not heard anything negative. I would think it's a nice neighborhood.
