I don't think that's bad at all. In fact, I sort of like it. It's selling the greatest feature of the property, while minimizing what will be seen as an obvious flaw.

microwave. It's listed next to other kitchen items, so you could tell they were still describing the kitchen

He obviously doesn't like vowels very much. I'm surprised he didn't use a 3 instead of the few "E"s in his.

I like how there is a BLT in the fridge. Makes me hungry. Hammered Hardwoods? Man they shouldn't drink so much.

I just spotted these remarks . . .

NICE RANCH IN FRAMINGHAM NORTH,3 + BEDROOMS ,1 FULL BATH ,NICE LEVEL YARD , NEW FLOORING IN LIVING AND DINING ROOM ,THIS RANCH HAS 4 BEDROOMS BUT 1 BEDROOM IS BEEN USE AS A WALKING CLOSET , LARGE FAMILY ROOM ,CLOSE TO THE PIKE ,SHOPPING AREA AND THE YMCA. LOCATION ,LOCATION,LOCATION.

Somebody better catch that closet!! Also, this person's general mastery of the use of tense in the English language is quite impressive.

Be prepared - she is a truly horrible housekeeper.

She was, but there were clothing, etc, that indicated a grown male lived there, also. Why did he get off the hook?

I've noticed that county agents consider every city listing "charming" and "quaint" and follow up with a round of !!!

This is targeted marketing, aimed directly at rehabbers that don't mind house sitting after dark to protect their new appliances until sold

Some I hate:

Quote:
"Honey STOP THE CAR!!!"

"WOW Don't miss this one"

"Won't last long" (On this particular one when I checked the listing it was 125 days on market}
I just ran across this one. It has been on the market 45 days:

"Get your offers in immediately as I have a high interest level"

Guess it never occurred to some agents that they should "update" their listing language periodically

I've been seeing this issue a lot lately in the listing remarks. Many end like this:

"No showings until first open house June 17th 1-3 PM"

Meanwhile, it's October. Update your listings much?
