Hi, I'm relocating to Chicago from NYC in the next week for my wife's new job.
I've been an agent in NYC for the past 3 years and am looking to continue being an agent in Chi-town.
Obviously, NYC & Chi are two completely different markets.
Was hoping to get some info on what the market conditions are currently like, any recommendations on good firms to interview with, what are typical fees agencies charge (ie desk fees, MLS fees, etcetc).
Any and all information/advice greatly appreciated; thanks!
