I like realtor.com the best. They have the best filters. You can easily find single family homes, you can omit pending properties too. Other sites for homes show senior condos, condos, townhouses and mobile homes (some on rented lots)

You can filter those out on all the major sites. You just haven't figured it out. But I prefer Realtor.com also - mostly because they are more up to date and accurate on the nearby for sale and nearby sold functions.
I find Zillow to be much better in at least one aspect.
Age of house.
Zillow lets you enter "year built" for a range. Realtor.com does not.
