South Carolina - actually the old one. They updated to add transaction brokerage this year but apparently haven't uploaded to their own website yet.

This is the NEW version of the Massachusetts form. I think it went into circulation at the beginning of the year IIRC.

I like that it says "this is not a contract" in large type at the top. Makes it easier to get people to sign it. That language was hidden away in a paragraph before. I always had to highlight it.

My other favorite improvement is all the check boxes. Previously, we didn't have a form to disclose to an unrepresented buyer that they in fact were unrepresented. Now, I click off that I'm a seller's agent and click off that they are buyers and bing, boom I've disclosed to them what my role is.
