Please give me your opinions on what percentage I can charge other agents to market their properties online. Putting aside the print advertising, I just want to offer the online marketing. I realize it would help to know what I'm offering, so here's a sample; added to approx. 15-20 web sites (every week until sold), emailed to everyone in our company database that's looking for that type of listing (last few I did were between 200 & 450 people), added to several real estate forums and possibly emailed to agents in the area and the NE. It would be emailed to agents in the NE because that's where a lot of our buyers come from.
I have a few more agents asking me to do this, so I'm seriously considering it. Again, I just don't know what percentage is fair. Thanks.
