Just anywhere

Do a google search for Real Estate Rating, There are a few of them. Also Call the broker and tell them what a good job she did. Also if she has a website send her a testomonial or how ever you spell it.

Also if she has a website any where you can post a link to her site would be great. If you search her companies name, yahoo and google have places to rate service or the compasny. Just post her name and why you like to work with her in the comments.

Invite your agent to any parties you have and introduce them to your friends. Nothing better than a direct referral. If you also want to give her something nice, a gift card to a special restaurant is always good, so is a gift of a few hours or day at a spa if she enjoys that.

Hey miakelly, how thoughtful, and just your attitude will be enough for you agent. Its always special for me, to be invited into the home, as we have a saying," if we can not be friends at the finish, we did something wrong". We feel that the establishing of friendship, will pay more, than anything, as your will happily refer in the future.

How about 3% commission? (paid by seller, of course)

Oh come on, most of you said the same thing in different words. The agent is paid by the commission, but referrals are a great way of saying thank you.
