When you have a picture or price change, when should it update?

If the listing person has an account with R.com they can upload photos. Otherwise, they have to wait for the feed from the MLS.

How long does the feed from the MLS take?

Typically R.com updates daily, but it can take up to 72 hours sometimes. I have had new listings take 2-3 days to show up.

I can achieve an update immediately.

Flat fee brokers, in my area, are dependent upon the MLS feeding updates because they operate on thin margins and usually do not maintain their own account with realtor.com.

I can update photos immediately with enhanced listings, but not price. That has to feed from the MLS.

Regardless, it shouldn't take more than a couple of days.
