Thanks!

Yeah...we seem to move every 3 years. Hopefully THIS will be it

It was a great experience this time. We lost money (since we bought in Jan 2008) but we went under contract in two days after going on the market (we actually had 2 offers) and we priced right. And we did A LOT of work before hand. We cleaned, and cleaned, and decluttered and decluttered!

Was a little shocked they wanted to close so soon but that worked for us as we are building a new home so the sooner we closed the sooner we could build. (I wouldn't start building until we closed..too afraid, lol!)

After the last time of sitting on the market for 7-8 months this was a nice change of pace We listed with my boss (I am licensed but work as an assistant) so it helped to have someone I really trusted to be my agent. (I must admit it was weird doing the marketing for my own house but it was also good as no one knows the house like I did, lol!)

So...off to bigger and better things. We are living in a small two bedroom condo until our home is done...which will probably be 4 months from now, but we have done this so much that we can suck anything up for a few months!
