Sure they do, they just dont have time to deal with them all at once.

The loans are guaranteed by FannieMae or Freddie mac. When all is said and done, they get 100% or more (fees) of the original mortgage price, courtesy of the american taxpayer.

Is there a "professional management company" or an "HOA attorney" or both?
If so, can you identify the management company?

You might have the situation where the management company has completely usurped the entire collection process and they will be more interested in racking up "collection fees" than their client getting paid.

Clarify whether your property is burdened by a condominium association or an HOA corporation.

Identify the management company involved.
