I do not,as a rule, point out poor writing/grammar on the web.
But if you plan on writing proposals, contracts and real estate ads, I would highly suggest either brushing up on those skills or, if you already have those skills, practice using them all the time.
Regardless of how much you know, if you aren't able to convey an impression of that knowledge to others, you may not instill enough confidence in the people you want to and will have to work with to be successful.
Accuracy matters and this is one way of showing you are capable of it.

There are no "tricks", just make sure you know the answers to a wide variety of questions that might be on the exam. I'm sure the tests are different from state to state.

If you're a grade A student then why do you need any help or tricks to passing the exam? Just saying...

your question doesn't even make any sense. Clearly im trying to see what the test is about. The book has over 20 something chapters im pretty sure all 20+ chapters cant fit the same way individually in a test with 100 questions.

and please don't question my school ethics because i study, and work hard to be a success in my life. Thank you.

Learn how to prorate taxes, insurance, etc for closing. That was the hardest part for me to learn and it weighed heavily in the Missouri exam.
