Believe me...I'm not banking on anything coming of it...but I'm sure hoping!!

It will happen for all of us...we just need to hang in there - and think positive!

And perhaps have a cocktail or two while we think...and stress!

BelizePlease, you must bank on it!

Sellers that are getting showings say "This will be the one" each and every time and believe it. Positive thoughts bring about positive results.

No sense in thinking negative. That definitely doesn't help. Good luck to you!!!!

Instead of cocktails I for one vote for a mass amount of Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia! At least I can depend on a sugar coma not to cause a hangover....

Default the dreaded feedback...

Yep...

The loved our unit...but as a whole feel that the subdivision is too "congested". It's a townhome complex...what'd you expect?! Funny thing is, we're the least congested unit in that whole place! We have a huge field right outside our front door.

But I guess everyone sees things differently...
My agent said that is what they are going to find when looking for townhomes in that price range - and their agent said he knows, and he's trying to convince them that it will be like that everywhere. My agent still feels that they may be back once they see what's out there.

It is a LOVELY outdoor look at your place! Lush and green and spacious. BUT, I know this b/c I lived in a townhome community and I know spacious when I see it!
Good luck. They may be back. And, at least you know it isn't about price.

It's a shame we're not moving to IL! I was looking for a townhouse with exactly that in the backyard and never found it. I compromised and bought a house less than a mile from an elementary school figuring we could go there to play when I have kids.
