Open the window shades and blinds. As a house buyer perusing listings, I like a glimpse view of what's outside the windows (to get a frame of reference for where rooms are located within the house. Also: to get a preview of what I'd see for the next 20 years!). That could draw me in for an in-person viewing.
For example, opening the shades helps me see: does the dining area face an alley/neighbor's yard or is it private so people won't be passing by? ( I looked a couple times and can now tell the dining area is near the sliding door in the backyard).
Also: The master bedroom looks like it has two high narrow windows (that match up with the back yard exterior shot). So the master bedroom is in the back of the house? Do the children's room get those two very large windows in the front of the house above the garage? (you don't have to answer these questions).
Maybe include a pic of the interior main entry door, another view of the kitchen/oven/range/dishwasher (all hidden above), utility room, shower/tub, garage, and a picture that shows-off more of the vaulted ceiling. Just suggestions. Your home is very appealing. Show it off more!!
It sounds like you are asking about the 'buyer appeal' (curb, inside and backyard) of your property. On the surface, it looks like a very clean, well-maintained, but, 'nothing special', 1 Bdrm/2Bath house. But, then, most RE pictures tend to accentuate the positives and ignore the negatives. Does the house show as well 'in person' as in the pictures? What does the neighborhood look like and where is it located? Are you competitively priced? --- These things will all ultimately be more important than the pictures in your listing --- Good luck!
BTW, I would drop the backyard pics except (maybe) the one looking out from the house toward the back fence. This one at least accentuates the size of the yard, while the others detract from the overall image (eg; roof/rail over/around patio would help). Further, if you have more bedrooms, show them instead of the small guest bathroom - which will show-up in the listing. Also, the rooms w/dark furniture and cabinets appear smaller than if you opened the windows and let some light in - including the kitchen (Emphasize the house, not 'your' furniture). Do you have any major 'sales' features not pictured? (eg; walk in closet/s, basement, oversize garage) -- Another thing I've done that helps folks remember this house (among many), is compile a flyer with a description, pictures and list of 'important features' ... that they can take with them from the house.
What does the neighborhood look like and where is it located?
The listing might have a street address. Then I use Google Maps to see the neighborhood. Just did that with one listing and saw it is located about fifty feet from busy train tracks.
