Update - just got the buyer's attorney OK on all of our proposed contract modifications and post possession agreement. It's the $620K cash offer with six months rent free post possession, closing next month. I'm delighted but husband is now realizing it's really real and we really will have to move by June. He knows what he doesn't want but has no vision of what would be better. I have a clear vision so he's going with mine. He liked it better when it was all theoretical, but that's a different thread!
