I want a clean house...a knob would not be a big deal, btw
...I do not want new 'blue' carpet down, which I have seen....nor
an old or even new washer...I want my own.

Part of my contract was take all the carpeting out (not new)
and washer and dryer... off the premises. They did.

You'll do fine. Good advice here!

3. broken microwave handle, repair? = Will attempt repair
4. Walls, interior needs total repaint. = Painting, will run $3500 which will include crack and hole filling, doors and trims.
5. Washing machine full of stagnant water = Going to remove and leave a nice tidy hook up area.
