I was just thinking the same thing. Had this been posted on the Raleigh NC forum it would already be shut down and erased. It's funny how much variance there is between thread moderation on this site. NYC one is anything goes but race cannot be discussed at all in my present location.
I'm not discussing race; I'm discussing BEHAVIOR. If it's overwhelmingly associated with a particular demographic, that would be the demographic's fault and not mine. I'm just stating facts, one being that no one wants to live next door to that BEHAVIOR. Substitute "culture," "custom"... Whatever doesn't offend your delicate sensibilities too much.

I'm not attacking you. I know 100% your frustrations. I've actually seen goats hanging from apartment balconies in the city so I get your drift. But you gotta expect some flack with your choice of words.
I'm probably a little sensitive or bitter myself because I had a thread taken down due to people claiming I was racist. I just mentioned that a certain area of my town was growing increasingly Asian whereas it was formerly Hispanic and what the effects could be? Let's just say it was taken way different then my intentions. Not everything is PC and perfect .
Not sure how else to describe it except factually; sorry, PC readers! And I forgot the Mexican doorbell: honking the car horn loud and long at all hours of the day and night instead of walking up to the door.

I think people are having a problem with your association of bad behavior with a certain culture. Lots of bad neighbors, regardless of race, will be lazy and honk their horn instead of knocking on the door, for example.
Certain behaviors are definitely associated with certain cultures; "an inconvenient truth," if you will. Wait till it happens to you guys!
Officially, you're a racist. But then I guess that makes me one, too. Everyone seems to be nowadays. Anything that pertains to a culture or race is racism I guess. Stereotypes are what they are for a reason. Do Latin Americans who just enter this country typically pack them in like sardines? Yes. They're used to their poor, rural countries where you're considered rich if your home is made out of cement. They're used to sleeping four in one bed and urinating outside. It's part of their culture. The problem is that they don't assimilate enough. Are they bad people? No. Are they trying to bring down your values? No. But ARE they bringing down your values? Yes. That leads me to the next point. Your other neighbor on the other side of you skipped out on his home, right? Have you called his lender?? They're responsible for the upkeep on that home.
Their parents bought it for them. When they didn't want to live there anymore, their parents bought them ANOTHER home. But that's another cultural problem for another thread!
