Yes, that blue color on the door and permanently on the cabinet would be a deterrent, but not so much that I wouldn't want to look at the rest of the house, because it is so clean.

I really like the layout of the open living/kitchen, but I can't tell where the bedrooms branch off.

I think you should paint the door and cabinets white, if you want more visits. Some people don't want to have to do anything at all to an otherwise clean house.

Not really a huge thing, but its "dining" room, not "dinning" room. Good luck on selling!

Your love of turquoise / teal is ok since I'm a Dolphins fan! The colors of the drapes is distracting though so replace those. The front door has to match the rest of the house.

Best of luck !

I am working on painting the cabinet white today. On coat 2 of 3 to cover that blue. Front door, it's hard because I have mixed thoughts from people. Ones who love and Ones who don't

I would take down the glow in the dark curtains and put something neutral. You can even leave them with the house if you don't want them. Kitchens sell/don't sell houses. Where are the kitchen photos? We're seeing from another time zone. The photos also need to be in a different order....they're scattered. Looking from the next time zone at the kitchen I was wondering where the dining room was.....you know how cooking and eating go together. The dining room photos are with bedrooms. Huh?

It looks like there's some name/initials decorations up. I'd take them down. I'd made the bathroom more neutral and bright by changing the dark, drown shower curtain. There's an awful lot of grey....it's kind of drab!

If you REALLY want to sell your house, hire a realtor not a friend.

I've added a few new photos of some of the redos I've done so far. Quality with lighting is not 100% but it's just to show hours it looks. Thanks everyone
