Speaking of Zillow, I just discovered our listing is not on either it or Trulia.
Should I be "outraged"---since we love this term nowadays? Is it "de rigeur" (or however that is spelled) for every listing to be on both of these? The other listings in our li'l valley are on both....
Is it a brand new listing? It sometimes takes awhile for listings to show up on Zillow or Trulia.
They aren't members of the MLS... they basically crawl the internet and grab listings after they show up in other realtor public feeds.
Both Zillow and Trulia have some bizarre errors on listings, as well as mysterious absences of listings that definitely exist and have been listed for longer than a couple of days.
Some of them get "claimed" by others, apparently to distort facts or make it look like the house is not listed.
They have been inaccurate since the first time I ever looked at them, years ago. People get hung up on the Zestimates, but that is not the only misleading or inaccurate thing.
Zillow/Trulia is one entity and Z now declines to accept listings from agents.
If your agent has not authorized a feed from the MLS to Z/T, or the MLS or the Firm do not allow a feed from MLS to Z/T, you will not be on Z/T.
Peace of Mind: You really don't need to be on Z/T to sell in any market.

I think Zillow is having issue since their "no agent input allowed" policy at the beginning of June. We have a high-end, luxury listing (over $2 mil) that has been on Zillow for about a month and has suddenly dropped off for no reason. Inquiries to Zillow have proved to be . . . challenging.
Thanks for the input, everyone. Z/T sounds like a convoluted system if a realtor can't even post on it. Here's what my realtor said:
As of May 1, 2017 we couldn't any longer upload by hand; listings to Zillow or Trulia, and supposedly all of our listing were going to now automatically upload from our MLS (Utahrealestate.com), but so far that hasn't happened. I did have it on Zillow and Trulia, which I'd uploaded to there manually, but as of May 1st it was no longer there. Zillow had let us know in early April that would be happening, but I was hopeful that it would immediately load there from our MLS. So sorry
I guess I will check Redfin and Realtor as the last poster suggested. And no, certainly not a new listing. Going on 3 years now. In this rural area, nothing moves. Prices are ALL over the place....
