You skipped over the part where I said "if they are asking you to do things based on the appraisal". Buyer may need to show at least the parts of the appraisal used to make the request... i.e. in case of conditions, to the seller.

It's not about the right to see it. Seller is not just going to take buyer's word for it.

If they want to renegotiate the price based on appraisal, they need to turn it over.

You agreed to the sale price so unless something has changed it’s not the seller’s problem to solve.
Actually something did change. The appraisal took the price way than the seller expected. The seller didn't want to move down on the price so I ended up walking away from the deal. Shame. I would of did well on the ARV.
