Kind of like the Amityville House, if you were looking for a house and found out it had a dark past such some person committing suicide, occult ricidules, family annihilation such as in the Amityville house, would it bother you?

With little on the line, I'd probably say 'no, it wouldn't bother me much as long as the home was in good shape'.

If push came to shove, I'd probably think twice...or thrice before putting an offer in on it.

If you understand Feng Shui, you would not want to live in such a house. You would FEEL uncomfortable. It's not just an intellectual thing. It is an energy thing.

Ok, so I am not superstitious and I don't believe in much in the way of evil and the like. But that Amityville Horror movie SCARES me. The portal to hell? I will pass on the house.

Nope, I'd hope to snag a good bargain, though! I don't believe in spooky things and murders or other such things occurring is fine as well, as long as it was cleaned up well

Yes, it would bother me, and I would pass on the house. Not because of "spirits", but because of freaks out there wanting to visit crime scenes and such.
