I'm staying in a new neighborhood, been there 2 1/2 years, hoping for progress and growth within the city limits of the island I live on. The neighborhood is very large, still 2 years to build out and complete it with nearly 600 homes. I am staying hoping for more commercial establishments and businesses in the area, as well as road and infrastructure improvements. I took a gamble coming here that this would happen. It is all in planning, and is happening more slowly than I wished, but happening I believe. I will try to stay until the neighborhood is completely built out. The good is it is not far out from downtown in the city, just 15-20 minutes.
