I didn't realize that Serbitron was writing for SNL now. I was wondering why we haven't seen him posting here much anymore.
I do drop into City-Data every now and then, but post predominantly on Twitter these days. Even I agree its a very repetitive message about inaccurate Zillow Zestimates that I preach when I do post on this Forum and also, audience page views on Twitter are 5 times greater than they are on CD, which amazes me as I only have 114 Twitter Followers, of which one is the Surbiton Clock Tower
If 'Surbiton' was the SNL Script Writer then the gags would all have been about how inaccurate Zillow Zestimates are, and HOW rich Zillow Executives have become purely from creating controversy by dictatorially imposing inaccurate valuations on millions of ordinary folks homes and refusing all reasonable requests to correct or delete the erroneous Zestimates. Well that definately isn't going to get many (any?) laughs, so the SNL Script Writers lampooning the Zillow Ads demonstrate what a joke the business is with a bunch of 'Luvvies' that Zillow has actually morphed into. I enjoyed the SNL spoof and you couldn't make up how accurate the representation is. But I would say that wouldn't I
Talking of audience, I am amazed that over 1.2 million people have viewed my posts on City-Data since my first post almost 10 years ago. I am sure Zillow never thought I would be persistent in continuing my complaint for 10 years even if i haven't had any success, well other than educating other Homeowners finding themselves in a similar situation as it seems the questions I have raised have relevance with many other Homeowners. But I do respect that repeating such issues on this Forum is not what the 'core participants' want to read so I respect that by refraining from generating new topics unless I consider it 'industry relevant' rather than just whining.

I love that SNL's Zillow skit ended with an annoying agent that kept calling back. Plug your info into Zillow as interested in a property and you risk having someone like that lady contacting you the rest of your natural life.
