This is a non-issue because it's standard for the area. But imagine if you live in a Middle America subdivision where all the other houses have nice backyards, and you have none. In the current market, your house will be scooped up on the first day. But the poor sucker who buys it at an inflated price will have a heck of a time re-selling it.
I am seeing quite a few such properties hit the market lately. It's not a coincidence.
