Your best bet is try to track down a phone number and call them directly. This will prove that you're a real person with real interest, not just some mass buying scam. I have sold a property via this way. I owned a piece of land that I wasn't doing anything with. Got a call from a couple that just bought the property next to it. They offered and I accepted.

Thats what happened with us. I hand wrote the letter... and he responded. When I typed him a letter... I never received it.
