Crazyma I am keeping your brother, you, and your family in my prayers and I am also putting you all on a prayer chain that has people that will also pray as far away as Australia. God Bless you and have a safe trip, my thoughts are with you.
Well...4 people looked at my house today during the open house tour. ALL of them said..."we love the house and esp. the kitchen, but we want 3 bedrooms, not two." So tell me...why do they even bother to come look at it when it is CLEARLY advertised as having 2 BEDROOMS?:smack :
WTH? That is so frustrating when that happens. You would think they would not want to waste their time with something they clearly don't want.

I love that idea! Rule #1. Don't waste our time making an appointment to see our homes when they are clearly not what your looking for!
We had two couples come through today. Both really loved the house but neither of them had their houses on the market yet.
On top of that - my little guy has some sort of respitory infection and had to go to the Dr. this morning. They gave him a nebulator because he is having so much trouble breathing. Poor little guy. So he is resting on the couch next to me so that I can hear him breathe. I have a feeling I wont get much sleep tonight. I will want to make sure he is still breathing.

I've come to the conclusion that people are clearly idiots...either that or they are illiterate and can NOT read! That would be frustrating having people look at your home when they still have yet to place their house on the market. I'm wondering if the lookers are people in you neighborhood who are thinking about selling and want to see your house to see what competition they have.
Kristine, I hope your litte man is feeling better tonight!
