Details:

New construction (1/2 finished)
semi-custom
Worth asking price, however:

There is no refrigerator, washer, dryer.

Our offer is: Asking price, builder pays closing costs (which are less because it's being financed VA for 100% service-connected disabled Vet), must include either actual appliances (see above) or give an appliance allowance.

Fair?

I'm not sure what is customary for your area. In my neck of woods the only appliances included are dishwasher, stove, etc. Refrigerators, washers, and dryers are not usually *expected* in the sale. But you can always ask for them....what does your agent say?

Washer, dryer and fridge are not usually included in our area except in maybe a home that has already been lived in the people are leaving them. But builders do not usually provide those. You could always try to negotiate it though.
