Tambre-sublet she's not. That's a round about message.

I can see the tickets piling up now for her. She'll keep the Suburban as they have 6 kids to haul.

I would just throw my stuff in storage, live in a corporate hotel for a month or two, then decide to rent or buy. Being single now, this isn't a major issue for me. Oh, and my potential buyer has been approved for way more than my house asking price. Maybe he just has a mental block on his number? My number is one in which I walk away and gain or owe nothing.

Morning campers!!
Well the bank decided to go with an all cash offer. Kept me waiting for two weeks for nothing oh well. They said, they'll keep my offer as a back-up. (Not sure how an all cash offer can go wrong, but you never know. Yet, I'm moving on and looking for other houses. Here we go again!)
I'm kind of sad now.

Oh GF so sorry-but it wasn't the right house-we've seen that before here. The right one is coming soon.

Drains out, roast beef bought and I lost another 10 lbs since he's been sick!

Hey campers...for some reason I am not getting notifications again when someone posts. what a goofy day, its almost the weekend again and I dont do well on weekends...now with the dog issue, i am afraid to leave them for some reason...oh this is just not good.

Carl did get some cement poured by that gate, if he wants to dig out, he will have to findsome other spot. around the perimeter of the back, I suppose they could dig out, but we back to other yards, and on the other side of the house by the front, no gate, but Dogpaw put a couple big rocks.

I ordered a dog door today, one that goes trough the wall as we have sliding doors to the back. that was almost 400 big smackers..we have had that kind before, very unobtrusive and will eliminat the opening and shutting doors for them. On the other hand will have to make sure they are locked in when we go out.

Ok later...didnt sleep good, can't get comfortble. I hate my pillows..I can't even tell you all how much I have spent on pillows the last few years. I have neck issues..Any suggestions??

Pillows-ugh-so hard to get the best. Lots of the hotels have great ones now and you can order on-line.

Today cannot make up it's mind-suny, dark, a spritz, cloudy-PMS for Mother Nature.

CrazyM-is she leaving soon? Bless her soul-she's doing the right thing, if not for her, for her daughter.

Why do the days just fly by lately?

Okay cocktail hour-drink em if you got em.

Ok, if they have been approved for more, then it is kinda silly to keep coming in and offering an amount that you have already turned down. It's a plus that you can move out so fast. Did your agent talk to their agent about your bottom line?
