NJ, I feel your pain sister. We have heard lots of different things that make our house less than ideal for a buyer. I can understand certain must haves, like wanting a garage or master bath. However, we had second lookers who complained both times that they felt the 15 minute commute to work was a problem. Understandibly, it is over a mountain, so in the winter it might be a little dicey. My daughter drives it every day to work with no problem. So why did they even look in the area, and why did they come back a second time? Their feedback both times was that they liked our house the best. The last time they asked us what our electric bills were. I think there is good and bad to every house. It just needs to be the right fit. Don't give up hope. At least you have been having more showings, so that's a great sign.
