Honey and ginger if you have it, add to the soy with a bit of h2o to make a delicious marinade..
Drain well and cook off the chicken, add some of the marinade and cornstarch..

Lose the garlic salt and use powder or fresh..
Add the veg and serve

I'm a bit late but...

as mentioned garlic instead of garlic salt. I also would add some pecans maybe. they go so good with chicken and don't forget how good snow peas can be. I might add ginger. Where is the sauce other than soy? I would add a little sesame oil for sure..

Mm the pecans and chicken combo is giving me ideas for another dish. Pounded chicken breasts breaded with pecans?

add a can of Thai red curry, a can of coconut milk.(you can even skip the coconut milk and use alittle broth, it makes for a spicy stirfry)...

Sautee the onions in a little oil with a can of Thai red curry, stir in come coconut milk, add the rest of the ingredients- congratulations, you have made a delicious curry!
