By mistake we bought a package of pepperoni and I have no plans to make pizza very soon. Any easy ideas?

Charlie Daniels (Charlie Daniels Band fame) puts it in his red pasta sauce. I've done that as well and it is pretty good.

No need to make full size pizza's. You can make individual pizza bread, just using slices of bread as small size pizza's.

Two slices for each person, is usually enough. Just use them in place of dough, and make them up like you would a regular pizza. Toppings, sauce, cheese, then baked in the oven.

Tastes great!

We made pepperoni nachos once to use up some extra pepperoni and they were pretty good. We'd make again if we had extra.

Cut them into pieces and make nachos with them and your favorite cheese.

Also: put a small piece of cheese on a ritz, top with pepperoni and zap in the toaster oven broiler.

I made grilled cheese with pepperoni. It’s delicious. Better than pizza.

English muffin pizzas

6 English muffins
6 oz tomato paste
Crisco, butter, or margarine
Oregano
Garlic powder
Mozzarella
Toppings

Spread muffin halves with crisco. Spread with tomato paste, divided evenly. Sprinkle
with oregano, and seasonings. Top with pepperoni or whatever, and cheese.

Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes.

I would also add pepperoni to salads, spaghetti sauce or even sandwiches. Scrambled eggs too.

Dice it into some yellow rice or just eat it sliced.
