Default Family recipe

This is a make shift recipe that can be altered to suit. During a visit with a son and dil we had this. She through it together out of necessity instead of a shopping trip.

Smoked Turkey Casserole

1 to 1 1/2 cups chopped smoked turkey
3 cups cooked pasta
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz fat free sour cream
1 cup shreded cheddar cheese
Italian bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese & the bread crumbs in a casserole dish.

Top with 1/2 cup of shreded cheese and top with bread crumbs.
Microwave 10 minutes.

When I ask for the recipe I got a blank stare. There wasn't one so she finally gave us this as best she could remember. It's a family favorite. Seem's like there is some room to experiment with this. Shopping for the turkey tomorrow. And thanks to the OP for the thread.
