Not right now but i've deepfried a lot of Channel Catfish fillets, over the years...YUM

Yuck...Catfish. Sorry. The favorite thing I've ever caught that I ate was Yellowfin Tuna. Man it tastes so good...nothing like what Starkist gives you. I don't know if I caught Salmon or not. I went with my Grandpa to Oregon when I was a little boy...but I don't know if he reeled anything in.

He always said, "the only thing I do, is make worms airsick." Not a patient fisher...and honestly neither am I unless I'm drunk.

I've c&r many beautiful catfish (kept some to deepfry usually 12" to 16") release the larger ones, in the Snake River, Columbia Gorge, Colorado River, California Aquaduct, Delta/Mendota canal, etc etc.

I went to a cookout once, and all they had was wild game. I tried something that day, and someone leaned over and said.."Missy, do you know what your eating?" I said,"Nope." He said.."your eating hog balls."

I caught rainbow trout in the Smokies last weekend and grilled them. They were so good. I also love catfish, and I catch them in Fish River and my aunt's pond...fried catfish fillets are the best.
