I had a first convo two nights ago with a pretty women from the dating site and once I made the call I talked about the weather and TV shows for the first 10mins. To kind of break the ice and it seemed like things were going well because we talked about the hot weather, the tv show the Office and then all of a sudden she said-"well let me get ready to go"
HUH??? Should I start talking about why she is single, relationships and sex as soon as I call her??? I so confused and don't know what else. 10 mins is not enough time to judge my conversation skills.

My SO and I are polar opposites politically, we just agreed not to talk about stuff like that. It may not work for everyone, but it works for us.
